If you're event is at TPC, then of course, we got ya covered! If your event is elsewhere, we are not legally allowed to purchase the alcohol for your event per NC's laws, which makes your event a BYOB. If you need suggestions on what to get, we gotcha covered!
Yes, we will deliver within a 10 mile radius. Any additional mileage is based on availability and an additional fee will be charged.
If you require a food set up, a percentage will be charged for our staffs' time. At this time, we do not serve the food for you.
As soon as possible! If you're having your event at TPC, space may be limited the longer you wait, especially Fall and Spring. If you're having your event elsewhere, we might not have the staff to deliver your order if you don't give us enough time to plan.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The other 50% is due 2 weeks before your event. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 45 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel less than 30 days from your event date. Cancellations made within 15 days of your event, deposit will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.
YAY! First, you'll need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a "contact" form on our website, with all the details you can give us about your event, then we'll give you a quote. Once all changes are finalized and you've agreed to the quote, we'll send you a form to collect payment information.
If you want one less thing to worry about, we got you! We'll provide all utensils, plates, and glassware for a fee based on the amount of people you have attending.
All food will be served in disposable pans. If you would like something nicer than disposable wear, we do rent our chafing dishes, utensils, platters, and beverage dispensers. There will be a refundable deposit on the supplies, which will be returned once we receive our equipment back in good condition.
